Kindly take note that initial statutes have undergone revision. During the recent years, we had noticed that the current statutes did not anymore cover the whole and enlarged field where we are active, also it did imply quite some limitations. With decisions taken at 2004’s General Assembly, it was necessary to set up a draft for new, revised statutes. This draft for new statutes was made public several months before and was accepted to become new statutes by the General Assembly 2006 without objections.
